Sea of tears
"Sea of Tears" is a song composed by Ji Zhongping and Xu Changde, composed of Ji Zhongping, and songs sung by Xu Ryun. It was included in the album "Sea of Tears" released by Xu Ryun on March 26, 1996.
In June 1995, Xu Ruyun released her first solo album "Come on", but the sales were mediocre. After experiencing the first setbacks in her career, she went home several times and wept bitterly. At this moment, Xu Ruyun met Ji Zhongping, a musician who was as frustrated as herself. The songs written by the talented Ji Zhongping were not favoured by record companies, so he devoted himself to writing a song "Sea of Tear's" for Xu Ryun. Later, after listening to Xu Ruyun’s singing and Ji Zhongping’s "Sea of Tears", Shanghai Music consultant Xu Changde adopted "Sea of Tears" as the title song of Xu Ruyun's second album "Sea of Tears". Successfully won the song as the theme song of the 1996 TV series "True Love and Love"
Love can't move
What else is worth my heartache
I miss your sky and it's raining
Nobody loves the night
Two lines of salty tears on the cheeks
It's you oh it's you
Let me see through the tears
Why are you willing to let my tears flow to the sea
The feelings you gave will never be recovered
Why are you willing to let my love flow to the sea
Scenes of the sad past are like tides
Buried me
Love can't move
What else is worth my heartache
I miss your sky and it's raining
Nobody loves the night
Two lines of salty tears on the cheeks
It's you oh it's you
Let me see through the tears
Why are you willing to let my tears flow to the sea
The feelings you gave will never be recovered
Why are you willing to let my love flow to the sea
Scenes of the sad past are like tides
Buried me
Closed eyes
I saw the lingering with you
Tears in the corners of the eyes

Can't wash my heart
Vows over and over
Why are you willing to let my tears flow to the sea
The feelings you gave will never be recovered
Why are you willing to let my love flow to the sea
Scenes of the sad past are like tides
Buried me
The song "Sea of Tears" is Xu Ruyun's masterpiece. With the great sadness and joy in the song, the sincere and strong emotions, coupled with her unique air-to-sound transformation skills, this is a song advertised as "Yun-style singing". The song is clear, high-pitched, pure, and affectionate. The voice is sharp but not offensive. The treble is shocking without losing its due thickness, plus a little girl’s sweetness and a flickering sense of maturity. The charm of music makes the audience unable to resist.
